Rabia Suhail
Founder and Principal
Rabia Suhail is a HR professional with over 12-years of experience working with students and helping them achieve their career and professional aspirations. She has helped place hundreds of top university graduates in corporate careers all over Pakistan and has been working with a vast network of professionals and understands the employers needs while working towards her aim of empowering young women in finding fulfilling employment opportunities. She also has developed expertise in educational and career counseling within her portfolio.
Sarah Suhail
Consultant
Sarah Suhail is an academic, activist and a human rights defender with over thirteen years of experience in working in human rights and teaching. She has a doctorate from University of Arizona USA. She has taught in various prestigious universities of Pakistan, including LUMS and understands the issues facing the youth. She believes that women’s empowerment, gender justice and equal opportunity will lead to financial independence and a more equitable society. She also does trainings in feminist ethics, against sexual harassment and how to work towards creating businesses that work on co-op models.
Zahra Haroon
Consultant
Zahra Haroon has in-depth industry knowledge, and has extensive experience of placing young professionals in the job market. Through constant feedback and knowing the pulse of the job market; she has keen understanding of the job placement process.
Zahra has an MBA from Lahore School of Economics and has 6 years of experience in a role of Senior Manager Placement at a prestigious University.
Saad Ali Khan
Business Development
Saad has ample experience in HR and has worked with various projects related to construction and development. He has a firm grip on developing businesses.
Saad is a graduate of Lahore School of Economics.
